Hi, I’m Ash — Spinal Flow Practitioner and nervous system nerd, passionate about helping you remember your body's healing power.
This work changed my life when I was burnt out, stressed and disconnected. One session cracked me open — and now it’s my mission to hold that space for others.
I’m based in Cammeray, Sydney and also work from a wellness clinic in Kirribilli.

- Place your hand on your heart and sacrum — the bony area at the base of your spine just above your tailbone (not the front)
2. Breathe deeply and slowly into your belly for 2 minutes.
3. Imagine a straight thin line from your tailbone to the top of your head.
4. Let your shoulders soften and your breath and spine lengthen.
5. Repeat: “It’s safe to be in my body. My body knows how to heal.”
